Service Description

Enjoy breathwork and yoga for freediving at your own pace. The theories and techniques for breathwork, pranayama and yoga asana are highly applicable to progressive freedive training. Learn how to mindfully move the physical body, develop a daily practice that soothes your mind and nervous system and utilize the breath to enhance your strength, balance and flexibility of mind and body. Correctly perform a full complete inhale and exhale to immensely improve your freediving comfort and confidence as well as creating a healthful addition to your stress-management toolkit - adaptable to managing stress and anxiety for all ages and for all walks of life.

Cancellation Policy

We recommend you take your time to carefully select or contact us to be better informed about the best freedive training for you. We advise a "No Cancellation / No Refund Policy". If 2 weeks notice is given, we are happy to reschedule you to the next available course or training date. Please be aware your inquiries and bookings take up someone's time. We value and respect our staff and the expert knowledge they share with the public on a regular basis to help people make the right choice for them. If two weeks notice is given, we are happy to reschedule your course or training. After 2 weeks notice we are committed to our pool and coach bookings and cannot leave our staff out of pocket in a very seasonal business, when their training and qualifications are highly valued. At this time we offer no refunds or cancellations unless you contact us at your earliest notice and have a serious health or family emergency that you had no knowledge of before the course booking commenced. If in doubt, please inform us. We take confidentiality seriously and are more apt to understand and support when you are communicative from the beginning about any possible or likely booking challenges.
