Immerse yourself in eight days of depth training, reef exploration and island living on this guided freediving holiday to Nusa Penida, Bali. Spend seven nights in a relaxed lodge on the north side of the island, just a short boat ride from the Nusa Penida Marine Park and its world‑class coral reefs, manta cleaning stations and warm, turquoise water. Each day blends structured depth sessions with fun reef dives, manta ray expeditions and restorative yoga, guided by experienced freediving instructors, local sea captains and a marine biologist who will introduce you to the island’s rich marine ecosystems. Depth training is tailored to your Level 1+ certification and experience, with diving site depths ranging roughly from 2 m to beyond 30 m, within safe, supervised limits. Between dives there is time to rest, share meals in local cafes, enjoy the pool and sundeck, or opt for a massage and quiet island walks, supporting both nervous‑system down‑regulation and skill progression. The package includes all Nusa Penida transfers, boat excursions and seven nights in shared premium capsule accommodation, with options to upgrade to a private villa or add a Bali Tour Package that coordinates airport–ferry–island transfers and marine park fees. This trip is designed for certified freedivers who want to deepen their practice, meet like‑minded ocean people and experience one of Indonesia’s most biodiverse marine protected areas in a small, supportive group setting.
