Service Description

Join us for a practical, land-based program designed for both new and experienced freedivers to master breath control, awareness, and safe diving. The Freediver Foundations program blends yoga, breath regulation, and freediving anatomy in a supportive small-group setting. Learn powerful oxygen management and movement skills for safer, deeper dives—ideal both before your first in-water freediving course or for progressing at any level. Overview of available modules and times: Module 1 Breathe Better, Dive Deeper: Improve breathing mechanics and comfort, support clearer nasal breathing, and learn practical down-regulation skills for calmer dives and daily life. Available times: 14 Mar 2026, 10:00am - 12:30pm || 8 May 2026, 5:30pm - 8:00pm Module 2 Pranayama & Yoga for Depth: Explore breathing anatomy and apply freediver-friendly yoga and breath awareness practices to improve mobility and breath-body coordination. Available times: 14 Mar 2026, 1:30pm - 4pm || 15 May 2026, 5:30pm - 8:00pm Module 3 Core Locks & Lung Freedom: Learn foundational yogic locks (throat, abdominal, pelvic floor) and freediver-relevant lung mobility work to support diaphraghm control, core coordination, and pressure adaptation. Available times: 15 Mar 2026, 10:00am - 12:30pm || 22 May 2026, 5:30pm - 8:00pm Module 4 Understand the key muscles and movement patterns for FIM, CWT, and CNF, then practice land-based technique drills and mobility patterns to make your movement more efficient in the water. Available times: 15 Mar 2026, 1:30pm - 4pm || 29 May 2026, 5:30pm - 8:00pm Location & Dates: Blueback Studio, 1a/3 Pritchard St, O’Connor, WA Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 March 2026, 10:00am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 4pm. Friday 8, 15, 22, 29 May 2026, 5:30pm to 8:00pm. Pricing: $90 per Program module !!If you intend to attend the full Freediver Foundations Program in March or May 2026, please return to the previous page and select one of the "Foundations - Full Program" options for a discounted full program rate.
