Join us for the Freediver Foundations Program; a practical, land-based journey for new and experienced freedivers to master their breath, body awareness, and relaxation skills.
This four-module, 10-hour course blends yoga, breath training, and anatomical insights to improve breath capacity and control, and teach essential mobility drills for freediving techniques.
Inclusive and supportive, suitable for all levels with no prior freediving experience needed. This course is perfect for building body awareness and confidence before or after learning how to freedive.
With expert guidance, repeat-friendly lessons, and easy-to-follow content, you’ll prepare for safer, deeper, and more enjoyable freediving adventures, while learning calm and resilience for daily life.
