Freediver Foundations Program - with Kanae

Join us for the Freediver Foundations Program; a practical, land-based journey for new and experienced freedivers to master their breath, body awareness, and relaxation skills.

 

This four-module, 12-hour course blends yoga, breathwork, and anatomical insights to expand lung capacity, improve posture, and teach essential freediving techniques such as equalization and mobility drills. Inclusive and supportive, suitable for all levels with no prior freediving experience needed. This course is perfect for building confidence before or after learning how to freedive.

 

With expert guidance, repeat-friendly lessons, and easy-to-follow content, you’ll prepare for safer, deeper, and more enjoyable freediving adventures, while learning calm and resilience for daily life.
